Trakk generates a comprehensive record of actions related to each document, which all relevant parties can view in real-time.
To verify the origin and authenticity of an invoice, simply drag and drop the PDF invoice you've received from us into the designated area. Upon verification of the PDF document, you can view the document's audit trail.
Please note: Unless a change in bank account details has been communicated by your regular contact or authorized representative, no modifications should be undertaken. Any suggested changes should always be confirmed by phone with your usual contact.
