2016 ELEMENT Americas Inc.
First physical trades booked. Profitability reached by May 2016.
Incorporation of ELEMENT Americas Inc.
2017 ELEMENT Maritime SA
Incorporation of ELEMENT Assets SA in Geneva as conduit for asset investments.
Incorporation of ELEMENT Maritime, dry bulk freight trading arm.
2018 ORIGIN Inc.
First US domestic crude oil pipeline deal booked.
Acquisition of terminal, processing and storage assets in Baltimore (“ORIGIN”).
2019 ELEMENT Asia PTE Ltd.
Acquisitions of US Gulf Coast and Belgium assets by ORIGIN.
Incorporation of ELEMENT Asia PTE in Singapore.
2021
Started Power & Gas Trading and increased our presence in renewable energies.
2020
Doubled volumes traded in 1HFY20 compared to the same period in 2019. Successfully navigated extreme volatility during the pandemic to achieve a record year.
2022
Successful exit of ORIGIN’s business to focus on environmental degassing business of AQ Degassing.
